Goal:
First West Credit Union wanted to add an interactive component to their new “Community Walls’ in branches located throughout BC. Making new touch points with their local clientele was top priority.Solution:
E-Port selected 47″ landscape displays and created custom software which showcases the various financial products and services that the branches have to offer. Team bios and photos, showing all the staff working at each branch with a contact info is available . As well, a community giving screen, customer referral screen and local business spotlight section are on each location’s displays. There are six beautiful location photos made into interactive puzzles for children and adults alike to enjoy with interesting “Did You Know” facts as the finished puzzle reward.Result:
Envision Financial in Chilliwack BC and Valley First in Vernon BC are two locations who now have interactive displays with custom software embedded into their Community Walls. Usage of the interactive displays in the branches is very high. Results are on going.
