Pacific Gateway UBCM Delegates Conference in Victoria BC
Goal:
Pacific Gateway was gearing up for an annual UBCM conference and wanted to add a value added fun component to the 2 day conference. The goal was to provide valuable interactive information to view on the 46” screen as well as gathering data from a survey.
Solution:
We created an attractive easy to use interactive screen interface that showcased all the Pacific Gateway partner logos and played sponsor videos. We developed a 15 question survey that had a “reward” upon completion. Mario’s Gelato from Vancouver was kind enough to reward the delegates with a tasty sample. Delegates had the opportunity to give a video feedback as well. We showcased interactive maps featuring YVR transportation routes as well as maps showing rail lines. E-Port employed the use of QR Codes and SMS to allow delegates to take away screen content onto their mobiles.
Result:
In two days, out of 1,000 delegates, UBCM captured 325 surveys. That’s a lot of gelato!
Delegates and staff alike were thrilled with the design and ease of use. Pacific Gateway was thrilled with the data captured. An attractive well engineered display.
